60 seconds to make a low-fat, low-calorie dessert/snack!
Requirements: A blender, pack of frozen mixed berries, fat free greek yoghurt and honey (optional)
Place the frozen berries into a blender, add equivalent in greek yoghurt (add gradually to vary consistency) add a shot of honey and blend for 20 seconds or until you have an ice cream like texture. Scoop into bowls, garnish with some cut fruit or mint leaves or scoop into ice cream cones or pour into lolly moulds and freeze.
I have made this with bananas, pineapple, kiwi, berries, oranges, blueberries etc.
